PAYMENTS

Please complete a contact form before submitting fees.

By submitting entry fees, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to all rules and regulations.

You understand that all fees, ad purchases and ticket sales are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

You agree that all information you have provided is true or risk disqualification with no refund, including but not limited to contestant's birthdate, age, and parent/legal guardian's qualifying address in the state of competition.

 

Entry fee deposit and optional ad deadline is March 16. Show tickets will go on sale in March.

Submissions for ad page artwork, photogenic or community service contests should be emailed to almdmvdirector@gmail.com and be sure to include the contestant's full name. Please email these items after March 16 so they are not overlooked.

Optional contest deadline is March 24.

The following form accepts major credit cards and PayPal. All payments will appear on your statement as US World Pageants.

 

Drop down #1 is to complete the contestant entry. Please submit this form before adding optionals.

 

Drop down #2 is to enter optional contests. You can return any time to add optional contests. Please click the option and add to cart. To add multiple options, change the top drop down and again add to cart. You can View Cart and adjust at check out.
