Rules and Regulations:
America's Little Miss pageant looks for girls with sparkling personalities. No pageant experience is necessary! Light makeup and a light "sun-kissed" tan are allowed so that girls are not washed out by stage lights, however these should be age appropriate and only enhance the child's beauty. Tanning, fake hair, fake teeth (flippers) and anything else that ages the contestant are not necessary. This is not a glitz pageant and everything should be natural and age appropriate.

The queen's titles are NOT contract-binding, but you must return to the pageant next year to crown your successor. You are NOT allowed to compete in another pageant that would require you to give up your state title however, you may compete in other pageants as long as they allow you to keep your title.

Our entry fee is $149 and this price includes all required areas of competition.   A deposit of $99 is required to reserve your local title.  An optional crown and custom city sash may be purchased ($99) so you can begin making appearances, seeking sponsors and HAVING FUN!  *Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping-all local sashes are custom made.

Phases of Competition ages

Introduction & Personality (33% of total score)

Ages 0-5 do NOT compete in introduction/personality
Each contestant will introduce herself as follows:
"Hello, my name is.... I am... years old and I am from...."
You may also include something interesting about yourself.  Introductions should be kept to 1-2 minutes in length.  Introductions exceeding 2.5 minutes will be subject to a possible point deduction.

Each contestant will wear the following attire during this segment:
o White sneakers ("white" must be the dominant color, but the sneaker can have a stripe or splash of another color)
o White socks NOT ABOVE THE KNEE
o White shorts NOT BELOW THE KNEE with a belt
o Official T-shirt provided America's Little Miss Organization ($25 wardrobe fee)

After each contestant introduces herself, the emcee will chat with her on stage for a minute or two. We are looking for a great personality and a beautiful inner glow.

America's fashion model (33% of total score)
Each contestant will wear the same outfit she wore during the Introduction & Personality phase of competition. SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE ANY PART OF HER ATTIRE FOR THIS SEGMENT. During this portion of the competition, the judges will be looking at each contestant's modeling abilities on stage.

Formal Wear (33% of total score)
Each contestant will wear a formal gown of her choice. This is not a "glitz" pageant. The contestant should appear comfortable on stage, just as the audience should feel comfortable watching her on stage.  The dress should fit well and exude her personality.  Again, it needs to be age-appropriate.

Remember: Wear the dress-- don't let it wear you! Pick your favorite one so you appear comfortable on stage. During this phase, the judges will be assessing the natural beauty of each contestant in formal attire that she loves!
